Admins to be able to take over picks

"When picking our scanners sometimes lose WIFI connection. when it reconnects the pick is still open even when picked. The only way to update the pick is via a desktop login. The issue is that we have to be logged in with the picker ID to update. It would be good for admins & supervisors to be able to take over the pick and complete it manually."
