Filter by Region instead of country

it be possible to include Region Filters on the orders page. EU APAC North America South America Africa Custom - nice to have (second feature request really - ignore if you want) This is to allow filtering by regions. Custom is nice to have and would allow us to create a RoW region which is outside any of our warehouse shipping areas. This would be configurable to a list of countries in the settings
