Order Logs or Order Shipment Error Logs via the API

API Access to Order Logs & Shipment Error Logs Provide an API endpoint to retrieve order logs, including shipping errors. We need access to order logs and shipment error logs to track and alert on shipping issues that prevent order dispatch. Currently, there is no API access to retrieve order logs or shipment error logs. This feature will improve operational efficiency by enabling proactive monitoring of shipment errors. API access to order logs will reduce manual checks, minimize delays, and allow for automation of alerts and troubleshooting processes.
