Re-Name suggested PO numbers.

When creating POs manually you have to manually enter all Part numbers just to give the PO a custom PO number. - leads to more errors. - accountability, goods in accuracy is impacted by not able to create custom PO numbers. especially when suppliers deliver goods with out using our PO numbers.
