Specific location stock notifications

If multiple inventory administrators are in place, they will all receive notifications regarding false low stock readings. This prevents staff from wasting time on unnecessary physical stock verification. Low Stock is only notified when global stock is low. Probably giving the option to notify when a specific location is low (product based)?
