tags should copy to split orders

When a draft order is split in DC, the parent order tags should be copied to each of the child orders. E.g. Order 1, 2 skus = A and B, Tags: Apple, Cat Split Current: Order 1, sku = A ,Tags: Apple, Cat Order 2, sku = B, Tags: (no tags) Suggested: Order 1, sku = A ,Tags: Apple, Cat Order 2, sku = B, Tags: Apple, Cat
