Improved options for expected lead time
The tracking dashboard is a great tool and as a team, we use it daily. As we are a global business some of our services are over 3 days and unfortunately as the Expected Lead time options only go to 3 days plus the on-time shipment rate is difficult to report. As an example, our UPS Worldwide Saver - DDP and UPS Standard -DDP service takes 3-7 days. Their on-time rate always seems extremely low and I assume this is because it can't report on it correctly. We would love the option to choose 1 day, 2 day, 3 day etc... all the way up to 7 days and then maybe a 7 day+.
