  • Fulfilment Creation Without a Tracking Code:
    Added support to create fulfilments without requiring a tracking code. However, since many couriers do not accept fulfilments without tracking codes, the system generates a placeholder tracking code in the format notrackingcodeX (where X is a random number) if no tracking code is provided.
  • Support for Split Orders Fulfilment:
    Fulfilments can now be created from multiple plugins for orders split across multiple plugins. Fulfilments created for split orders are treated as partial fulfilments and sent to the corresponding sales channel as such.
  • "Use Supplier Part Number for SKU" Setting on Virtual Stock:
    Introduced a new setting in the Virtual Stock plugin and channel settings: Use Supplier Part Number for SKU. This allows customers to use the supplier part number as the SKU for main products. When enabled, this setting applies to channel products and plugin products.
  • Order Activity Logs Enhancement:
    SKU information has been added to the activity logs for excluded orders, allowing customers to identify the specific product excluded from being sent to the plugin.
  • Database Cleanup Automation:
    Implemented an automated process to clean up old orders:
    • Fulfilled orders older than 30 days are deleted.
    • Unfulfilled orders older than 6 months are deleted.
Adjustments:
  • TikTok Fulfilment Error Fix:
    Resolved the "internal error" issue encountered during fulfilments sent to TikTok. All previously failed fulfilments have been resent to TikTok for affected customers.
  • Performance Improvement for Manual Rule Triggering and Bulk Actions:
    Optimized the manual rule triggering and bulk actions on orders, significantly improving their performance.
  • Resending Mechanism for Plugin Orders:

V1.27.2.1 Update (20.12.2024)

Adjustments: 
  • Shipping list items are now sent in the correct order, ensuring a smoother process for users.

New Features:
  • Order Status and Payment Status Filter on Brightpearl: We now support filtering order data received from Brightpearl by their order statuses and payment statuses. Customers can now customise which orders are imported to Channels from the Brightpearl sales channel.
  • New Setting in Store Settings: We have added a new setting for customers with a high volume of products and orders. This setting allows stock levels to sync with sales channels only for products with changes in their quantities when an update product request is received from the API. This will enable faster stock syncing, as the system will focus only on syncing quantity changes. To use this feature, simply enable the setting under Store Settings.
  • New Order Rule Condition: "Total Order Item": Customers can now create rules using the "Total Order Item" condition to automate actions based on the total quantity of items in an order. This condition is calculated as the sum of line item quantities in an order.
  • Shopware 6 Channel Integration: We now support the Shopware 6 API for channel integration.
  • TikTok Channel Integration Update: The TikTok Channel API has been updated to its V2 version. All users will be migrated to V2 on 25th December. Customers do not need to take any action regarding this change. All operations on our TikTok integration will continue without any issues after the update.
  • New Variables in Rule Notifications: The variables channel_name and store_name have been added to rule notifications.
Adjustments:
  • The Amazon Refetch Products setting has been improved for better performance.
  • The Ignore Orders Before setting on the TikTok sales channel has been optimised for better functionality.
  • The Walmart Channel Integration has been adjusted to cover the next page of data in response payloads.
  • The Mintsoft Plugin's Get Stock Item Date Limit has been decreased from 2024 to 2020. You can now sync stock updates from as far back as 2020.
  • Shopify POS Order Import Filter has been added to order sweepers.
  • eBay Integration Adjustment: When an auth error is received, the system will now automatically send a refresh token request without waiting for the next scheduled refresh token job.

    We have integrated the "Not On The High Street" sales channel, allowing you to receive orders and sync your fulfilments seamlessly.

    A new "Ignore Orders Before" setting has been added to all sales channels, enabling users to exclude orders created before a specified date.
Adjustments:
  1. Order sweepers have been adjusted to consider both the "Ignore Orders Before" and "Get Orders" settings during their runs.
  2. The "Select All" function now sends data in bulk actions only for items that match the filtered criteria at the time of selection.
  3. The Wix sales channel get product request URL is changed to cover the new URL.

  1. WooCommerce Channel Integration Adjustment: When sending fulfilment and order status change requests to WooCommerce, we now validate the response content to ensure the changes have been applied on WooCommerce's side.
  2. Unleashed Sales Channel Adjustment: Fulfilments for assembly products are now supported. When sending fulfilment for an order, other assemblies are marked as collected.
  3. Virtual Stock Sales Channel Adjustment: The dynamic form issue has been resolved.
  4. eBay Integration Adjustment: Added settings to restrict orders and products by location. Customers can now retrieve order and product data only from the selected location on eBay.
  5. Shopify Stock Sync:The job creation rate per minute has been adjusted to comply with Shopify's rate limits.

  1. Automatic Fraudulent Order Hold for Shopify Orders:
    We've introduced a feature to automatically put fraudulent Shopify orders on hold. We now receive risk information for orders from Shopify. You can set a threshold between 0-1 (where 1 represents the highest fraud risk, and 0 indicates no fraud risk). If the risk score exceeds your specified threshold, the order will be put on hold. To enable this feature, switch on the "Auto Hold Fraudulent Orders" setting and enter your desired threshold.
  2. WebPush Notifications for Admins:
    Admins can now receive internal system notifications directly on their computers. To enable this feature, simply allow Channels to send notifications when you enter the UI.
  3. Mintsoft Plugin Fulfillment Status Adjustment:
    We've updated the Mintsoft plugin to import fulfillment statuses for orders with statuses 4, 5, and 6.
Fixes:
  • Log files are now created for timeout errors.
  • Updated the Evri tracking URL scheme.

  • Order Status Update When Fulfilment Created via Plugin: We now change the order status to "Shipped" on Channels when fulfillment is received from Mintsoft and Sprint plugins.

Fixes:
  • The Hosted Page Safari mobile browser connection pop-up was blocked by Safari. A connect button has been added so that mobile users can now click it to connect to their sales channels.
  • The channel list page loading error issue for legacy customers has been fixed.
  • The Shopify orders payment method field was too long on a customer's orders. We have applied a fix to limit the data to the allowed character limit when saving the order to our database.

  • Shopify App Order Import: Our Shopify App now supports importing orders older than 60 days. Please reconnect to Shopify on Channels to use this feature.

  • Magento 2 Order Timeout Issue: Resolved the timeout issue with Magento 2 order requests by importing orders and their options separately to avoid timeout when customers have multiple product options.
  • Backmarket Get Orders Pagination Issue: Fixed the pagination issue on Backmarket get orders job to ensure no orders are missed.
  • JD Batch Product Inventory Fluctuation Issue: The batch product quantities that have the same SKU will be summed up to sync the available total amounts with the sales channels.

JD Plugin Order Address Mapping Adjustment:
