Add a BCC email field for Order Rule emails

When creating a 'Send Email' action in Order Rules, there is no option to allow an email BCC e.g. to an admin or service email.
Adding this standard featured would allow more flexibility for emails. You have it on your order email notifications and it's a standard feature on almost all email automations. Good to have.

It is a standard feature in Sales Channel Settings > Despatch Emails. Good to have it in your other email settings areas as well. It's really useful.
