Shipping Updates
  1. Added a new courierSpecific field for product_option, enabling additional configuration options for TNT shipments.
  2. Resolved an issue where dimensions (Height, Length, Width) were not being sent to APG Global courier, causing shipment errors. Dimensions are now included in the request, ensuring accurate processing.
  3. Added support for submitting multiple reference numbers (reference2) when required, improving compatibility with specific UPSV2 use cases.
  4. Introduced a courierSpecific option to suppress the commercial invoice, providing clients the flexibility to manage customs documentation.
  5. Implemented support for the "CustomAttribute" field, allowing clients to send custom name and value data.
Tracking Updates
  1. Added activity names to group logs, making event tracking more structured and easier to analyse.
  2. Introduced new logic to handle authentication errors:
    • Trackings are marked as "Auth Failed" after three consecutive authentication errors.
    • API accounts with 100% daily failure rates are disabled automatically, and notifications are sent to the internal team.
    • Accounts with over 20% daily failures trigger alert notifications.
    • Added a "Disabled by Failsafe" parameter to track affected accounts.
