Shipping Update (11.04.2024)

New Features
  • Amazon multi parcel is now supported allowing you to create more than one label for your order in the same way that you would with any other courier. You will need to assign items to the correct parcel object so that your customer knows what is in each box but we will send the data back to Amazon automatically for you. 
  • We have added the ability for you to remove the parcel dimensions for FedEx meaning they will always charge you on what they scan and weight check vs what you submit to them. We have added as a new courier specific in Fedex called "Remove Dimensions".
Bug Fix
  • We have fixed a bug where we were sending Export Licence required for all International Royal Mail Click and Drop shipments. This will now only be sent if desired and set in the courier specifics.
