Shipping Update (22.01.2024)

1. UI Improvements:

  • Default views for Shipping and Tracking dashboards have been defaulted to show the past week instead of today

2. New Couriers:

  • DHL Parcel UK Cloud is now live and ready for use for Domestic and International shipping
  • UPS V2 with OAuth is live
  • DHL Parcel DE integration is live and is for customers despatching from Germany for domestic and International shipments
  • Huxloe Logistics Integration is live for Domestic and International shipping
  • FastWay has been added to our courier integration for Irish customers and warehouses 

3. New Features:

  • Support for Bundles in the Pallex API - allowing you to send a small parcel with a pallet at the same time
  • Allow multiple pallet types in shipments for Pallex
  • New endpoint added to create a commercial invoice for a shipment post creation
  • New endpoint added to create a packing slip for a shipment post creation
  • Added the ability to create a custom packing slip
  • Added the ability to create a collection sheet in bulk create end point so that you can get a sheet telling you what to pick, the locations and quantity on thermal paper
  • Ability to merge s3 keys and the url of pre generated labels to the same request
  • Damaged status added to tracking events in API GUI and webhooks for tracking
  • Final Mile label support added to Starlinks
  • Next Day check field added to EvriCorporate and HermesCorporate to default a next day request to economy against a list of pre defined postcodes. 
  • Royal Mail Click and Drop manifest call added
  • Royal Mail Low Volume tracking supported added - contact your Royal Mail account manager for credentials, minimum of 25,000 RM shipments per year.


4. Bug Fixes:

  • Added 70kg consignment restriction to DHL Parcel UK Cloud to stop errors occurring at DHLs request

5. Tracking Updates Available:

  • Pallex added to tracking
  • Fedex cross border added to tracking
  • Bird System added to tracking
