We have made some default changes to the DHL eCommerce Americas

All of the values below can be set in the courier specifics and the shipping cost will be taken from the shipping_charge in the create label call first if its available, if not we will send 1 USD as a default.

Service will default to DELCON
Service Endorsement will default to 1 which is a box
Shipping cost currency will default to USD
Declared Value will be sent as the total value of all items
Insured Value will be sent the same as declared value at the request of DHL
Duties Paid will default to true at the request of DHL
