New Features:
  • Despatch Cloud Rebranding Completed – Welcome to Helm!
    The WMS platform has officially rebranded from Despatch Cloud to Helm, now live with an updated name and refreshed user interface.
  • App Store Renamed to Plugin Store
    The section previously known as the App Store has been renamed to Plugin Store. This change serves as a foundational step for the upcoming partners platform, where a new App Store will be introduced.
  • Bulk Requeue for Archived Failed Jobs
    A new bulk action has been added to the Failed Jobs archive, allowing users to requeue all failed jobs in a single action, streamlining error recovery processes.
  • Sorting Options Updated on Order Index Page
    The name and postcode options have been removed from the sorting menu on the Order Index page. The default sort order has been updated to “Date Received: Newest to Oldest” for improved usability.
  • Bulk Action Support for Pause Stock Sync
    The previously introduced Pause Stock Sync feature now supports bulk updates via the UI and importer. This allows users to easily pause stock sync for multiple products at once.
Bug Fixes:
  • Allocation Removal on Order Split
    When an order is split, any previously reserved allocations will now be removed. This ensures accurate allocation logic. (Note: This change does not affect the “Split by Unallocatable Items” bulk action, which continues to work as intended.)
  • Fix for Channel Order Import Failures Due to Discounts
    An issue where orders could not be imported due to invalid discount data from channels has been fixed. Orders will now import successfully, even if the discount data is incorrect. Such discrepancies can now be corrected directly from the WMS UI.
  • Sale Type Related Courier Issues Resolved
    Various issues involving couriers and sale types have been addressed to ensure correct courier assignment and processing.
  • Contact Creation Issue in Order Imports Resolved
    A problem where contacts were not created during order imports has been fixed. Contact creation now requires the presence of shipping name, shipping address line one, and shipping address ISO code. If these are missing, contact records will not be created.
  • Improved Handling of Order Total Tax Errors
    Tax validation logic for order totals has been revised. Instead of stopping the process with an error, the system will now display a warning message and log the issue on the order for further review.
  • Auto Shipment Process Fixed for Packing Instruction Popups
    An issue where Auto Shipment failed when packing instructions were shown as a popup has been resolved. Auto Shipment will now resume automatically once the popup is closed.
