  • Tracking without Credentials:Customers can now track shipments without needing an account with the courier, simplifying the tracking process.
  • Voila UI Tracking Statuses:Resolved an issue where tracking statuses for shipments with multiple parcels were incorrectly pulled from a single parcel. Each parcel now displays its respective tracking status accurately.
  • Courier Errors Page:Now accessible to all users, this page aggregates all courier error messages in one place, complete with an AI-generated summary, enabling faster issue resolution.
Adjustments:
  • PPI Courier Label Size: Adjusted the label size for PPI courier shipments to ensure proper formatting.
  • FedEx Label Creation Data: Fixed data issues sent to FedEx for label creation, resulting in more reliable label generation.
  • Tax ID Field for Ship-From Addresses:Added a Tax ID field to the ship-from addresses on Royal Mail and Procarrier couriers, accommodating regions such as Brazil, South Korea, and Mexico where Tax IDs are required.
  • Smart Shipping Rules Adjustment:Fixed an issue with the "Exclude SKU" input in smart shipping rules to ensure accurate order filtering.
