- JD Plugin Batch Product Logic Adjustment: The logic has been optimized to retrieve batch quantities and sum them under the main SKU. This enhancement improves speed and reduces system load on Channels.
- Brightpearl Goods-Out Note Adjustment: We now modify the existing goods-out note (if available) when sending order fulfillment information to Brightpearl.
- DHL Plugin - Auto Apply Changes to Existing Plugins: A new "Push changes to all plugins" setting has been added under Settings > DHL Plugin. This allows any adjustments to the plugin settings to be automatically applied to all existing plugins across the stores.
Fixes:
- JD Plugin Order Product Change Logs: An issue where the old value displayed the new value has been resolved.
- Linnworks Fulfillment Requests: If fulfillment requests return an "already processed" response, we now mark the fulfillment as synced, preventing the creation of additional jobs. This fix ensures that our failed fulfillment retry mechanism no longer loops by trying to sync the same fulfillments repeatedly.

New Features
- We now support the ability to submit 10 label requests at a time asynchronously speeding up batch creation of labels 10 fold. The code is the same as the current batch creation but we have a new endpoint at api/couriers/v1/bulk/create-label-async
- We now support sending the phone number to Correos for SMS, this will be set to false as standard and can be enabled as true in the courier specifics.
- In Smart Shipping we have added a new option to the Value variable allowing you to choose between value per parcel or total value of shipment to apply to your Smart rules.
- We now support manifest creation for Huxloe specifically for shipments via Royal Mail with them.
- If you set an address in your Shipping account as default and your api request to us has a blank ship_from address and format_address_default is true we will use the address saved in your account settings.
- Using the test courier you can now within the GUI simulate tracking events and trigger web hooks from the shipments table using the hamburger menu.
- You can now recreate a packing slip or commercial invoice from the hamburger menu in the shipments table via the GUI or you can use api calls to do the same as detailed in the API documentation.

- We have added the courier called Zedify to support their services across all of their depots in the UK. Zedify are a zero emissions courier operating across select cities in the UK to offer same day, next day and economy services.

Importing Only Unfulfilled Order Items from Shopify:
We now support importing orders with only unfulfilled items. Orders that are partially fulfilled will be imported with their unfulfilled items and quantities. To enable this feature, switch on the "Exclude Unfulfilled Order Items" option in your Shopify Channel settings. -
Displaying Primary Reference ID on Order and Fulfillment Webhooks:
The primary reference ID is now included in the order and fulfillment-related webhook data. -
OrderWise Channel Currency Code:
Currency code data is now imported for orders from the OrderWise sales channel. -
QuickBooks Tax Rate and Tax Code Import:

Automatic Fraudulent Order Hold for Shopify Orders:
We've introduced a feature to automatically put fraudulent Shopify orders on hold. We now receive risk information for orders from Shopify. You can set a threshold between 0-1 (where 1 represents the highest fraud risk, and 0 indicates no fraud risk). If the risk score exceeds your specified threshold, the order will be put on hold. To enable this feature, switch on the "Auto Hold Fraudulent Orders" setting and enter your desired threshold. -
WebPush Notifications for Admins:
Admins can now receive internal system notifications directly on their computers. To enable this feature, simply allow Channels to send notifications when you enter the UI. -
Mintsoft Plugin Fulfillment Status Adjustment:
We've updated the Mintsoft plugin to import fulfillment statuses for orders with statuses 4, 5, and 6.
Fixes:
- Log files are now created for timeout errors.
- Updated the Evri tracking URL scheme.
- Resolved the Mintsoft plugin refresh token issue.
- Fixed the Linnworks fulfillment request queue overloading issue.

New Feature
Split parcel for multi parcel shipping allows you to create smart shipping rule groups and have the best courier matched for each parcel in your shipment. Currently if DPD is the best option for your overall shipment you will get multiple DPD labels but if one parcel should go DPD and a much smaller parcel makes more sense to go with Royal Mail or Evri for example you will receive separate labels back for the right parcels based on your rules. This will save you money and hassle at the packing bench giving you even greater control.

We have implemented the Fedex REST API suite into Shipping ahead of the retiring of the Fedex SOAP/XML API. You will need to obtain new api keys from Fedex to install the courier but the services have remained the same and all presets and custom presets that existed have been copied to the new API.
