- Despatch Cloud Ltd has recently updated its software to provide an improved experience for its users. With this update, our customers can create custom fields for orders without hassle. Fulfilment customers can also seamlessly view an order's return history.
- Inventory linking has been improved to ensure that archived SKUs are not linked to channels, preventing inventory synchronisation issues. In addition, the software now allows our customers to archive SKUs via the general inventory upload, making the inventory management process even more efficient.
- In addition, we have added the ability to the settings/label file to allow the printing of a second label, i.e. dangerous goods. Overall, this update ensures our customers have a seamless experience using Despatch Cloud software.

- Tax information can now be added to mapping during the CSV upload of orders:
- Our customers can now quickly and accurately add tax information to their orders during the CSV upload process. This will save time and improve the accuracy of the data entered into the system.
- The password reset functionality has been added to the system and can now be initiated via email! This feature provides our customers with a convenient and secure way to reset their password if they have forgotten it. Instead of contacting Support, they can initiate the password reset process directly from their email, making the process faster and more efficient.
- We have added the ability for Fulfilment clients to edit the cost price.
- The "Gift Message" order rule is now available for our customers! This feature allows our customers to add a gift message to their orders, which can be a valuable and personal touch for gift orders.

- We have released an update that includes improvements in the search function in Suggested POs(Purchase Orders) and discount compare calculation. These improvements will lead to a more efficient and seamless experience for our customers when using the software.
- Also now Packeye is on the board! Packeye is a video recording implementation of the order being packed. To turn Packeye on, you need to go to Integrations and set it to enable. When loaded into the Packing Terminal you will need to allow it access to your connected camera, it will record until you press the submit button to get a label/shipment. Once the order is despatched, in the despatch details screen there will be a link to download the recording.

allows Fulfilment Clients to lock a specific shipping method to an order if enabled. - Supplier Changes:
We have made several changes to the way suppliers are managed in our software. These
changes include:- The ability to archive and dearchive suppliers from the contact index in the Suppliers
tab - The addition of an archived status filter to the topbar, which is only visible on the
contact index in the Suppliers tab. - The inclusion of an archived supplier filter in related reports and exports.
- Archived suppliers will no longer be visible in dropdown searches.
- Inventory links for archived suppliers are hidden
- Archived suppliers will no longer be deletable once they have been linked to products
or have had purchase orders assigned. - Supplier create/update functionality has been updated so that if there is a supplier
email in archive with the same email address as in create/update request, an error
will be thrown.

- We have made updates to the way Amazon FBA orders are being handled that will improve
the experience for Fulfilment Clients that use Amazon FBA. We have added some logic to the
platform that checks for Fulfilment Clients that have their channel specifics set to FBA. If this
is the case, the system will automatically set the shipping method requested and change the
order's status to "Despatched." Additionally, the system will add a tag to the order to indicate
that it is an Amazon FBA order.
This new feature will save time and reduce the chance of errors for Fulfilment Clients that frequently
use Amazon FBA for their orders. Additionally, the order tagging will help clients quickly identify these
specific order type.

- We have made updates to the Storage Billing Feature that will give Fulfilment Clients more
flexibility in how they are billed. We have added a new setting that allows Fulfilment Clients to
choose between two methods of billing for storage. Clients can now either have charges
based on the number of SKUs stored at a location, or simply based on the total number of
items stored at a location. This changes the way quantities are sent to the Billing API, and will
help clients to better track and understand their storage costs. This update will be beneficial
for Fulfilment clients who are looking for more granular tracking of their storage costs and
help them in better cost control.
