Auto Allocation for Batch Label Printing
A new auto allocation feature has been added for batch label printing. Orders will be automatically allocated before being sent to batch print. Orders that cannot be allocated will be displayed separately, and only fully allocated orders will proceed to printing. Already allocated orders will not be reallocated. -
Delivery Chunking
Deliveries with large inventory volumes will now be processed in the background via cron jobs, eliminating timeout issues across the UI and app. -
Despatched Order Archiving
Orders older than 90 days that are marked as despatched will now be automatically archived daily. This improves search performance across the system. Archived orders can still be queried via filters and are not affected in app, public API, or dashboard status counts. -
Simplified Sales Channels and Courier Integrations Pages
These pages have been updated to only display active channels and couriers for easier management. New entries can be added through a popup accessible via the button in the lower right corner. -

Allowed Despatch Date Feature Added
The Allowed Despatch Date feature has been integrated into the system. With this feature, supervisor-level users can update the earliest possible shipping date for an order through the UI, imports, and the public API. This feature does not prevent orders from being loaded onto the packing terminal but restricts label creation until the specified despatch date if set. To enable / disable the relevant feature, you can follow the path General Settings > Packing > Enable Allowed Despatch Date Feature. -
Queued Order Allocation Route Added to Public API
A new Order Allocation route has been introduced in the Public API. This route allows orders matching specified filters to be queued at a rate of 100 orders per minute for automatic allocation through the designated warehouse. A maximum of 3,000 orders can be queued at once. -
Sales Channel ID Visibility in UI & API Access
Sales Channel IDs are now displayed in the UI. Additionally, a new API route has been added to the Public API, enabling access to sales channel data. -
Filter for Unassigned Picks on Picks Page

- We now have a new method of picking called: "Bulk" that supports the picking of batch items, and goes in hand with a new plugin we have developed called: Terminal Sorting - that allows the packer to sort the items in the bulk pick into their respective orders and despatch.
- We have reviewed and reworked the split by allocation bulk action, this will now split orders by available stock and allocate the stock to the order that can have stock allocated.
- You can now affect the priority of the batch and expiry allocations using the product options on an order simply by using the term bat:<batch_number_1>,<batch_number_2> or exp:<expiry_date_1>,<expiry_date_2> etc. The expiry dates still take priority over batch numbers if trying to use both to affect the allocation logic.
