  • Legacy Email Editor Disabled for New Email Templates
    The old email editor has been disabled for newly created email templates. However, templates previously created with the old editor can still be edited and used within the same editor.
  • Fulfillment Ownership Display for Email Templates in Sales Channel
    A new field has been added to the email template selection section within the Sales Channel, displaying which fulfillment the selected template belongs to.
  • Hour-Based Filtering Added to All Date Range Filters
    All date range filters in the system have been enhanced to support filtering based on specific hours.
  • Supervisor Override Option for Verify Products Feature
    A supervisor override option has been added to the Verify Products feature. When this setting is enabled, the product verification step can be overridden using a supervisor’s login credentials or, if barcode login is enabled, via barcode scanning.

Bug Fixes:
  • Fix for Empty Condition Issue in Order Rules
    An issue related to the empty condition in order rules has been resolved.
  • Error Messages Fixed in Location Creation Process
    Several error messages that appeared during location creation have been corrected.

  • Shopify Plugin:
    With our new Shopify plugin, you can now send orders directly to Shopify for fulfillment from any sales channel.
  • Enhanced Shopify Fulfillment Order Process:
    The Shopify fulfillment order job has been updated to automatically retry fetching order information until successful. This improvement helps overcome rate limit challenges and ensures reliable order import.
  • Return Plugin Setting:
    A new setting has been added to the Return Plugin, allowing you to send all orders—not just fulfilled orders—to your Return product. This gives you more control over your order management preferences.
  • Companies Page Enhancements:
    The Companies Page now displays key details such as creation source, total active channels, total active plugins, and total active webhooks, providing better insights into active usage.
  • Amazon MFC Plugins:
    With our new Amazon plugin, you can now send orders directly to Amazon for fulfillment from any sales channel.

v.3.6.0.85 (18.02.2025)

New Features:
  • Allowed Despatch Date Feature Added
    The Allowed Despatch Date feature has been integrated into the system. With this feature, supervisor-level users can update the earliest possible shipping date for an order through the UI, imports, and the public API. This feature does not prevent orders from being loaded onto the packing terminal but restricts label creation until the specified despatch date if set. To enable / disable the relevant feature, you can follow the path General Settings > Packing > Enable Allowed Despatch Date Feature.
  • Queued Order Allocation Route Added to Public API
    A new Order Allocation route has been introduced in the Public API. This route allows orders matching specified filters to be queued at a rate of 100 orders per minute for automatic allocation through the designated warehouse. A maximum of 3,000 orders can be queued at once. 
  • Sales Channel ID Visibility in UI & API Access
    Sales Channel IDs are now displayed in the UI. Additionally, a new API route has been added to the Public API, enabling access to sales channel data.
  • Filter for Unassigned Picks on Picks Page
    A new filtering option has been introduced on the Picks Page, allowing users to filter picks that have not yet been assigned to any user.
  • DC Product Naming Updates
    Naming conventions have been updated in the UI:
    - Courier API is now labeled as Shipping
    - Channel API     is now labeled as Channels
  • Pick Creation Route Added to Public API
    A new Pick Creation route has been added to the Public API. This feature allows orders with a specified status (max 100 orders per request) to be automatically allocated to a given warehouse and assigned to a newly created pick.

The Public API documentation will be updated following the release.

Bug Fixes:
  • Billing Container Picking Improvements
    Various improvements and bug fixes have been implemented for Billing > Container Picking.
  • Merge Order Popup Cleanup
    The unnecessary “Item Counts” field has been removed from the Merge Order Popup.

  • Line Tax Functionality: The system now supports automatic calculation of total order tax for manual orders. This feature can be enabled or disabled in the general settings by default, and it can also be adjusted on a per-order basis from the order edit page.
  • Smart Shipping Integration: Smart Shipping integration has been implemented. To use this feature, a custom courier integration must be configured, as it is not available with default credentials.
  • Auto Billing: The system has been updated to support automated billing calculations, ensuring a more seamless invoicing process.
  • Enhanced Stock Visibility for Fulfillment Clients: A new setting has been added to stock control preferences. When enabled, fulfillment clients will have access to view all stock logs.
  • “Include PO Stock Level” Field: The “Include PO Stock Level” field has been added into the public API, as well as the import and export functionalities
  • Stock Value History Report Enhancements: Open Orders and Global Available values have been added to the stock value history report. (It will be valid from the first report after the version update.)
  • Warehouse Filtering for Picks: Warehouse feature has been added to the picks. This allows filtering by warehouse in the picks section. (It will be valid for picks created after the version update.)
  • Order Rule for Total Weight: A new order rule has been introduced, allowing rules to be created based on the total weight of an order. 
Bug Fixes
  • Order Tag Search Issue: A problem affecting the search functionality for excluded order tags on the order index page has been resolved, ensuring accurate filtering and search results.

Shipping Update (31.01.2025)

  • Pallex Pallet Weight Issue: The weight input type has been changed to an integer. If a decimal value is entered in the create label request, it will now be automatically rounded to the nearest integer.
  • Wayfair Integration Adjustment: The Reference parameter in the create label request will now prioritise courier.poNumber if available. If not, it will use the Reference field, and if neither is available, it will default to the Order Number.
  • Rush Courier Integration: Integration with Rush Courier has been added.

  • Authentication Information Update for Tracking:
    Authentication information changes will now be automatically shared with Tracking for API-supported accounts, ensuring synchronisation and seamless tracking.
  • Amazon "LabelType" Parameter:
    A new courier-specific field, "labeltype," has been added to Amazon Shipping integrations. Customers can now define the value for "LabelType" to be sent to Amazon when creating labels.
  • UPS V2 Integration Update:
    For UPS V2 integrations, the label creation logic has been updated to send the county as an empty string if it is not defined by customers in their shipment creation requests.
Tracking
  • Resolved Archive Job Failures:
    Archive job failures have been addressed by increasing the number of processors and reducing the archiving job interval from 10 minutes to 5 minutes for faster and more reliable processing.
