- Limited Accounts: Accounts with unresolved billing will be temporarily limited. These accounts can continue order operations via the Channels user interface until billing is resolved.

- Shopify On-Hold Orders Webhook: Shopify on-hold orders are now accurately processed with the "order received" webhook.

- Replace Order Item Action for Rule Engine: This feature allows customers to seamlessly replace items in their orders with other products from their catalogue, providing greater flexibility and control. Users can now set up rules to remove specific SKUs and replace them with one or more items, or even randomly select items from a list based on stock levels and previous customer orders.
- Items with Quantities Greater Than 1 Condition for Plugin Rules: Users can now set up plugin rules to exclude orders that contain specific SKUs in quantities greater than 1.
- Courier Name Visibility: The courier name is now visible for fulfilment in the Channel UI under the Order Details page.
Adjustments:
- Rules will be disabled by default when they are created.
- Product update requests made to Channels are now sent in bulk to eBay to reduce the number of jobs in the queue, optimising system performance.

Sales Channel:
You can now select from over 75 types of sales channels, connect the sales channels you use to your account, and sync your orders to your system. This allows you and your customers to create return orders for those sales. -
Couriers:
You can now select from over 75 couriers, add the couriers and their services that you work with, and assign prices to them. This enables your customers to select the appropriate shipping option for their returns. -
PayPal Payment Method:
The PayPal payment method has been added as a payment option for Returns. Now, you can allow your customers to pay the shipping fee using their PayPal account. -
Orders & Returns Pages:
You can now view your orders and returns directly by clicking the related pages from the side menu. -
Filter and Search on Orders and Returns Page:

The logic has been adjusted to match product IDs in our system with the IDs received from the ShipBob plugin, ensuring correct quantity matching for both single and kit products. -
Brightpearl Channel Integration:
The integration has been adjusted to retrieve orders only from the selected location, and the order retrieval logic has been optimized to apply the selected filters. -
Batch Product Import Logic for JD and Store Logix:
The logic has been updated to ensure all batch products from the last page in the queue are imported. -
Webhook Order Sending:
Orders without items are now marked as failed, allowing Channels to pass them and proceed with sending the next order to the webhook destination. -
