- Added the ability to create "options" for DHL Parcel NL i.e. DOOR, EVE. These are options within the shipment to let DHL Parcel NL know what services are needed for the shipment.
Bug Fixes
- Parcelhub was returning the same lead tracking number for all parcels in a request, this has now been rectified to show the correct tracking number for all parcels.
- Every labels were failing due to special characters in the address lines, we have implemented a fix to strip those offending characters before sending the request to Evri.

- Future dates can now be selected in the sales channel under the "Ignore Orders Before" setting.
- Failed fulfillment will automatically be resent to the related sales channels every morning for three days to ensure no data sync is missed.
- We now support the Shopify Pickup Order flow. You can mark your pickup orders as "Ready for Pickup" and "Picked Up" using Channels.
- We have added a new plugin rule, "Multiply Line Items," which multiplies the line item quantities by the entered multiplier. This allows TikTok channel users to use the "Buy One, Get One" campaign without creating a campaign on TikTok.
- A new plugin "rule execution step" setting has been added, allowing you to adjust when the rules should apply to your orders.
- Now, you can search for your order by the line item SKUs to list orders that include a specific product.

Shipping Update (19.04.2024)
New Features
- There is an issue when you try to send Royal Mail parcels to HongKong as they don't use postcodes. We have defaulted it to an an acceptable value provided by Royal Mail to make sure you get a successful label.
- We have updated the Palletways Error so that instead of getting a response that says this "error getting shipment": "code and surcharge arguments are not valid for this shipment" you will get an error that says this "error getting shipment": "Selected service not available for this destination". When you get this error it is because the service you selected is not a valid response from Palletways.
- Support added for multiple items on Furdeco so that Furdeco receives all the items in your shipment and not just the first one.

Shipping Update (11.04.2024)
New Features
- Amazon multi parcel is now supported allowing you to create more than one label for your order in the same way that you would with any other courier. You will need to assign items to the correct parcel object so that your customer knows what is in each box but we will send the data back to Amazon automatically for you.
- We have added the ability for you to remove the parcel dimensions for FedEx meaning they will always charge you on what they scan and weight check vs what you submit to them. We have added as a new courier specific in Fedex called "Remove Dimensions".
Bug Fix
- We have fixed a bug where we were sending Export Licence required for all International Royal Mail Click and Drop shipments. This will now only be sent if desired and set in the courier specifics.

Billing API Update (11.04.2024)
New Features
- We have added a new section to the Billing API called warehouse actions. You can add default Warehouse Actions such as Unload 40ft container, put away pallet etc and you can set a default price too. If you want to charge a customer a price that is non standard you can easily change their pricing for some or all of the default actions in the new GUI. Creating a warehouse action is as easy as clicking the "Create Charge" button and then choosing the account type and entering a quantity and reference. The charge will be immediately added to the customers next billing cycle.

Billing API Update (03.04.2024)
New Features
- Add fixed pricing for a specific SKU in picking rates. This feature allows you to choose an additional fee for a SKU or a set fee i.e. if you have the SKU LEAFLET1 you can choose to add 10p or you can choose to SET 10p. This function also allows a negative value so you can ask the system to deduct from the picking rates also.
- Allow the ability to charge by cubic as well as storage locations. This feature allows you to bill storage as cubic units or by the current way of telling us what location types and quantities you want bill for. The cubic storage is decided by setting cubic bands i.e. up to 5, up to 10, up to 20 and then deciding a price per cube if the total cube falls in that band. Although the system GUI shows CBM for cubic metres the calculations are unitless and you should submit in the units you want to work in. It would be typical for you to send the call with the dimensions in metres.
These new API calls have not been added to the WMS yet but are scheduled to be soon.
The call for cubic storage is a POST request to https://production.billingapi.co.uk/api/submit-cubic-storage-charges with the headers of Bearer Token in the format of Bearer <<insert billing api token from billing api home page>>.

- Evri enterprise returns enabled for paper and paperless, the response now returns a label and a QR code along with a base64 image of both for you to process and use how you wish.
- DHL Parcel UK Cloud added support for auto creation of trading_location_id at register auth. When you enter the 4 pieces of information into this auth we make an api call to fetch and store the trading location id which is needed for ad-hoc collections.
